For USA destinations, we offer free shipping. Additional shipping options for Expedited Deliveries and for Canada.

How we Ship:

We work to ship your order ASAP. Orders normally ship within 24 hours from purchase on business days, yet may take up to two or three business days. Should an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. All domestic "Standard" shipments are sent via US Postal Service Priority. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

International Orders: Europe and Asia

Additional Shipping Details & Conditions:

Tracking Numbers. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Please use this number to track your package. Shipping confirmation emails are generally sent 24 to 48 hours post-shipping and many times within 24 hours.

Delivery Time. An order's delivery might be prolonged due to circumstances outside of our control. Such circumstances include issues with the delivery company, weather, customs processing, etc. While it certainly is our responsibility to get your order to you as soon as possible, we cannot take responsibility for possible delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and please know we are always here to assist you, look into your order and shipping status, etc.

Delivery Addresses. Please provide us with a delivery address that either the USPS or FedEx could safely deliver a package to. If you are not home at the time of delivery (which is very common), the USPS or FedEx will generally find a way to leave the package safely. If they can't leave the package safely, there may be a delivery delay. The USPS may hold the package for you at the local Post Office. FedEx will make additional delivery attempts. We mention this only as a disclaimer, however, we rarely have any delivery issues.

Customs Tax. For deliveries outside of the USA, you may be responsible for any potential customs tax costs.

Sales Tax. As per the law, we are required to charge sales tax only if your ship-to location is in Illinois. This is because we're located in Illinois. For those deliveries in Illinois, the tax amount is automatically calculated in based on your county.

Shipping Fee for Returns. In the event of a return, we will refund only the item amount. Any ship fees will not be refunded.  See Return Policy.
